Hailey and Bob

This beautiful bridal session is being featured on Utah Bride Blog today so I figured I had better post it here as well! Bob and Hailey are the most amazing couple who have such a beautiful story of love. It was my absolute pleasure to work with them. Their wedding post will follow as soon as I have the chance to catch up on my blogging.

Sarah Knight - Absolutely gorgeous!

I wanted to take a minute and tell you about my oldest son Isaiah.
He just graduated from Elementary School and in honor of the big day, he wanted to sing an acoustic version of Radioactive by Imagine Dragons.
With the help of his Uncle Greg who played the guitar, Isaiah sang his solo in front of the parents and students during the 6th grade talent show.
Because he was so good they asked him if he would be willing to sing at graduation.
He accepted their offer and blew me out of the water with his amazing performance.
The photos are from the talent show and the video was taken at his 6th grade graduation.
I am such a proud mama.
And I might have a superstar on my hands.

Fixation Magazine

I am thrilled to announce that my recent work entitled Dimensions was published in the super kick ass Fixation Magazine.
And if that wasn’t enough to make me completely giddy, my photo was also chosen for the cover!!!
I am completely over the moon and feel so honored and excited to be a part of this publication.
The whole magazine is so cool and I urge you to support them by purchasing a copy, or at least a digital download so you can see all the beautiful work featured in it.
This is a promotional blurb from Fixation…

Fixation Magazine has released its first ever special edition in honor of analogue photography month April, 2013. Nine photographers create a collection of stories, all of which were shot entirely on film. You’ll find images taken with high-end cameras juxtaposed to disposables, experimental films and filters and intense self-portraits. In this analogue edition, as with all fixation issues, the key feature is emotion through narrative, realistic imagery.

66 pages. Color and monochrome. There is nudity.

Big thanks to Miesh for styling the shoot and to Celine Bouch for being such a freaking babe!
First magazine cover baby! Woot woot!!

tearese - congratulations! I’m so excited for your success, seriously.

I pondered the word dimensions and attempted to describe its meaning visually.
This series features the subtle shifts within our three dimensional world and exaggerates them.

scattered over many matters. You must scrape them
together, so the royal stamp can be pressed into you.”
